Can my chapter or alumnae association place a group order and pay with a chapter or alumnae association check?
Yes! Just call or email us for details. Individual orders placed online require credit card payment. We accept Mastercard ,Visa, AMEX, and Discover.
What is a Greek Licensed Vendor?
Our company has official permission to create and sell products using your sorority/fraternity trademarks. Being a Greek Licensed Vendor means we are a reputable company, offer quality merchandise, and represent your organization and trademarks accurately. Also, as a Greek Licensed Vendor, we pay a percentage of sales back to each Greek organization. This money helps support your sorority or fraternity. Look for the GLV logo and purchase from vendors that are officially approved and licensed.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are available through your headquarters official gift store, local retailers, and our web store. Visit your sorority/fraternity website, under the “Shop” or “Licensed Vendors” tab.
Can’t find our products at your headquarters or in your favorite local gift store or Greek store. Help us grow our company! Please feel free to recommend us to your favorite Greek shopping destination! We appreciate it!

When will my order ship and how much is shipping?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. The total shipping cost for your order is shown in your shopping cart. Shipping cost is determined by the delivery service you choose in checkout and based on order quantity, weight, and destination from our company location in Nashville, TN
My sorority is not shown on your website. Do you plan to add more sororities?
We’d be happy to! Please let us know the sorority you’d like to see added to our offered designs. Send us a note at info@sororitygirlstore.com
What do you offer other than note cards?
Additional products and designs are currently in development. We plan to add gift enclosure cards, notepads, posters, name tags, bumper stickers, magnets, and more!
Do You Offer Custom Products?
Yes! Using our cute designs we can create custom posters, photo cards, Bid Day cards, Recruitment party invitations, notepads, nametags, and more! All of our products are printed on site, using our Indigo Digital Offset Printing Press. If we can design and print it, we’ll make it! Call us for more information and a price quote.
Our papers contain 10% post-consumer recycled content. Our Cougar papers are acid-free, offering greater longevity. Domtar, our paper manufacturer, is a recognized leader in environmentally sustainable practices, providing “high quality paper with a conscience”.
