Online orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. If we are experiencing a delay you will be notified. Shipping cost and delivery time are determined by the delivery service you choose in checkout, and is based on package weight and destination from our company location in Nashville, TN.
Are not accepted unless items are damaged. If your merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately so we may arrange a replacement. All damaged items must be returned to Sorority Girl Store for a refund.
Must be made within 24 hours. Depending on inventory, your order may ship the same day the order is placed. If your product has already shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Custom orders may not be cancelled.
